06 / 08 · The record
Testimony of displacement, deportation, and genocide is entrusted, not owned. Every source keeps its provenance; the record is retained in full and never quietly altered. Preservation comes first — the story is told only on top of a record kept faithfully.
07 / 08 · The people
Communities hold authority over their own cultural material — an authority no institution can grant, hold, or withdraw. Provenance is cryptographically verifiable and travels with every record, and an institution's knowledge is never locked in or held hostage. Trust is built into the foundation, not promised on top of it.
